I went for a walk by the seaside today. It was cold and windy. The colours of the water and sky were so beautiful — so many shades of gray and blue. The stoney shore, the cloudy sky, the choppy water. Nature on Georgian Bay expressed in visual beauty the state of my heart today. Not everyday is blue sky. Not every day is sun. Perhaps it’s not the calmness of the water than the groundedness of our spirit.
